Revathi and understand how Rohini College of Engineering and Technology
has helped her in transforming her life. Rohini College is a place of
divine mystery of thoughts is what Revathi from Padmanbhapuram,
Kanyakumari district, an alumnus of Rohini college thinks.

What motivated you to go to college every day?
She mentioned that she didn’t realize what it was that she didn’t
know. In fact, the Dunning-Kruger effect states that those who are just
beginning to learn a new skill may believe they’re more skilled than
they indeed are until they’ve increased their skill level and become
more competent. This is what exactly started happening throughout my
engineering. There was new learning every day and I started realizing
how much I didn’t knew and took my professors guidance in everything.
“Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great
teacher”, came true here at Rohini College.
How did Rohini College help you with the transformation?
College is the place where the mystic effect of knowledge and fun
meets. And Rohini College has set the standards high for this as well.
The cultural festival that happens annually and all the other
initiatives that are taken by the college departments to give the
exposure to the students on technical end is the exact balance I am
talking about. I have got international exposure studying in the
southern part of India. The international conferences, symposiums, and
paper presentations and all other initiatives that are taken by the
departments of the college get the attention of students not only on
studies but also on applying the knowledge of what we have gained here. I
can confidently say that Rohini College is the reason for me being here
at this stage.

Rohini College has a remarkable placement record. It strives to make
their students thrive in the industry. Students from Rohini college
stands out in the industry and all thanks to the teaching team, as they
nurture the courage in pupil’s heart. Each alumnus from Rohini College of Engineering and Technology
comes out knowing that a mind is a fire to be kindled and not a vessel
to be filled. This thought process roots within every student which
makes them stand out in the crowd.
Accepting the cultural differences is the first step to better
understand and embrace diversity. This acceptance of diverse culture is
being planted in every student from the start of the college and the
during the completion of the engineering, students are evolved to accept
the change and ready for making humongous contribution to our society.
